The University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) is one of China’s most prominent multi-disciplinary universities with an outstanding reputation in the fields of international trade, international law, finance, business management and foreign languages.

Founded in 1951, UIBE is a national key university under the leadership of the Chinese Ministry of Education, and part of the prestigious “Project 211”, a governmental programme aimed at developing 100 Chinese universities into exceptionally high quality academic institutions in the 21st century.
UIBE ranks within the top-5 universities in China for its programmes in international business, and second of all Chinese universities for the employability of its graduates. It is the only Chinese university that offers career services to its international students.
