When you started studying abroad everything was new and different but after a while you probably got used to living in a new country. Because of this moving back might result in a reverse culture shock. Your insight into a new culture and new way of doing things can change your view of the way things are done at home. Take this as a positive experience.
There might also be practical things to deal with after you get back from studying abroad. Some educations have to be approved by the authorities in your country before you can get a title as doctor or nurse. If you want to pursue your studies in your home country you also have to get your education approved either by the university you are applying to or by the authorities in your home country.
